With that said, Encore Boston Harbor has been pushing other modes of transportation such as public transit and ride share services, but also their local shuttle, premium coach, and yes…I said it… harbor shuttle (pretty cool). I think the parking is costly, because there are less than 3,000 parking spaces available. You can also self park, which is not free either. Good news: If you valet your car (at an additional expense) management guarantees a 7 minute wait time (to park and return your car). When I pulled up to the resort, I was immediately greeted by an Encore employee who told me where I could park. I did encounter bridge traffic when entering Everett, but I believe it was because the city is repaving the road (only one lane was open). The press have been having a field day when it comes to reporting on Everett traffic around Encore Boston Harbor.

This is certainly one of the most pleasing features of Encore Boston Harbor that resonates with me. This is a great sign, and I hope Encore Boston Harbor continues to foster positive relationships with their staff. All of the staff I met were incredibly accommodating, friendly and genuinely looked happy to be at work. Encore Boston Harbor currently has a whooping 5,000 employees (600-700 being Everett residents) and hopes to hire an additional 800. You should visit Encore Boston Harbor at least once to experience a little piece of Vegas right in the heart of Massachusetts. Trust me when I say, there’s something for everyone. However, I had a phenomenal time learning about all Encore has to offer.
